Kate is a sophomore from Seoul studying Artificial Intelligence and Physics. She is the Head Director of Business Black Box at the Wharton Korea Undergraduate Business Society. Outside of W-KUBS, she is actively involved in Wharton Investment & Trading Group, Violet Quaker Group, Wharton Asia Exchange, Hack4Impact and Penn Women in Computer Science. In her free time, Kate enjoys running and triathlon as well as listening to podcasts.

Gio Choi
Gio is a freshman from Seoul studying Physics and Mathematics. He is the Administrative Director for Business Black Box at Wharton Korea Undergraduate Business Society. Outside of W-KUBS, he is actively involved in Penn Sustainability Consulting, Penn Climate Ventures, and Penn Reading Initiative through the Community School Student Partnership. In his free time, Gio enjoys playing his saxophone and a variety of sports like basketball and tennis, being involved in the Club Tennis team at Penn.
Minwoo Jeong
Minwoo Jeong is a freshman from Jeju, South Korea majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry and Medical Sociology. She is the Administrative Director for Business Black Box of W-KUBS at Penn. Minwoo is involved in research at Anderson Lab, Autism Awareness in Action, Pennsori, and Koreans at Penn. In her free time, she likes to play sports, try out new restaurants, and sing.

David is a freshman from New York studying Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology in the College of Arts of Sciences. He is the Administrative Director for Business Black Box at Wharton Korea Undergraduate Business Society. In addition to BBB he is also involved in the internal events committee for W-KUBS and serves as an academic tutor for under-resourced elementary schools. In his freetime, he loves watching/playing basketball, going to the gym, and eating good food.

Songeun Lee
Program Director
Songeun Lee is a freshman from Seoul pursuing a major in Sociology and Environmental Studies with a minor in Data Science. She is the Administrative Director for Business Black Box, where she manages the operations and financial planning. Beyond her business interests, Songeun is a member of The Daily Pennsylvanian’s Multimedia team, contributing to campus storytelling through video production. She is also an active researcher in the social sciences, currently investigating how educational background and occupational prestige shape public concern regarding artificial intelligence. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, watching films, and exploring new perspectives through travel.
Soobin Ryu

Soobin is a freshman from Seoul, South Korea, studying International Relations with a minor in Legal Studies and History. She is the Administrative Director for Business Black Box at Wharton Korea Undergraduate Business Society. Outside of BBB, she is involved in Wharton Undergraduate Media and Entertainment’s conferences committee and the Association of International Students’ social committee. In her free time, she likes to travel, ski, and add new restaurants to beli.

Ina is a freshman from New Jersey, studying Neuroscience with a minor in Consumer Psychology. She is the Administrative and Marketing Director for Business Black Box at Wharton Korea Undergraduate Business Society. Outside of BBB, she is involved in Wharton Asia Exchange as Marketing VP, Penn’s Biotech Society as a Research Committee, and Korean Student Association as Media Chair. In her free time, she likes to shop for makeup and clothes, beli, and take pictures.
